We hope you loved Linked!

We hope you were able to attend Linked Bridal Fair Sunday April 22nd.

It was a lovely day in Seattle and we were so grateful to the sun for making an appearance!
We wanted to give you a little wrap up on the days events and show you some of our design work for this event.  Crinoline & Tweed co-hosted the event with LUXE Productions & Wedding Design.  Here are some pictures of Crinoline & Tweed's designs for the event-

As guests entered we had a welcome table with cheerful planters including lily of the valley and a bell snow flower.
We hung silver vintage mirrors behind the table to reflect light.

We were lucky to source this gorgeous corner hutch from Vintage Ambiance and filled it with vintage vases and flowers provided by .Marigold & Mint.

For the main room above the vendor tables and stage we handmade giant paper chain links that were suspended out from the center of the ceiling, creating a large paper chandelier effect.   We found the perfect color papers from French Paper for all our projects for Linked in shades of aqua, cherry red, and bright moss green.

We designed a dinner table set up featuring feminine floral plates, etched glassware and custom napkins we made.  The guest favor was a red floral plant nestled in a green glass planter finished off with some moss and a tied ribbon label.

Our place cards were laser cut from our hand drawn flowers and leaves to match the floral motif of the plates.

We also made a shadowbox for the table number using collage floral pieces.  A sweet turquoise cake plate came in handy for stacking vintage cream vases with floral arrangements we designed.  We found some deep red ranunculus and green hydrangeas perfect with our color scheme.  Our rustic farm table was provided by Vintage Ambiance.

Our favorite baker, Rosellini Sweets was kind enough to let us design her dessert table for the event.  Her delicious cakes and tiny cupcakes were lovely to design around!

We found some darling organic cotton fabric with little aqua apples that we couldn't resist creating a runner for the sideboard.  We sourced turquoise vintage dessert plates in the perfect color via etsy.  Sweet rosebud fabric and red fabric with a linked circle motif were the perfect find for our handmade dessert napkins.  We made a large springy floral arrangement with tulips, anemone, and other flowering branches to add more color to the table.   Vintage glassware, glass cake stands, silver, and the gorgeous sideboard provided by Vintage Ambiance.

One of our favorite photographers, Rosemary Wagner, created a photo booth for Linked.  Crinoline & Tweed designed her backdrop scene using birch poles with attached painted branches to frame the scene .  We used our laser cut hand drawn leaves and added them with wire to the branches to give a springy look to the trees.  Fresh flowers and moss peeked out at the bases.  The gorgeous velvet love seat we chose was provided by Vintage Ambiance.

In the front windows of EM Fine Art, our venue for Linked Bridal Fair, we designed two window features.  One had a vintage dress form from Vintage Ambiance wearing a gorgeous silk appliqued dress by Portland designer,  Julia Barbee.  The other window featured Vintage Ambiance's amazing selection of retro suitcases and trunks stacked and accented with cameras and other props.  Our paper chains were hung to create a colorful backdrop for each vignette.

At the exit we used a darling table by Vintage Ambiance.  One of our sweet vintage planters was decked out with bright green moss, tulips, ranunculus, and other springy plants.

We hand made favors for Linked's guests using red striped lolly-pops, aqua ribbon and handmade linked buttons nestled in clear wrapped envelopes.
